I would assume that the hormonal effect on a brain is a lot more relevant when looking for brain forms than like social constructs.

We are not able to tell if someone is a logical person or a cool dude or whatever just by looking at it.

And apparently hormones don't make a brain look different either

The studies he mentions, of BSTc and INAH-3 nuclei, are from way back in 1990s and early 2000s, and there has been much research since which disputes the stance he's taken in this video. Specifically, when researchers controlled for sexual orientation, there was no cross-sex shift in brain structures that correlated with transsexuality.
