Buried in the language of most consumer software and services is a mandatory binding arbitration clause. A while back, a couple of rulings came down from the Supreme Court that declared mandatory binding arbitrations clauses to be perfectly kosher, and state laws declaring such clauses invalid to be -themselves- invalid.
