Just curious, where would you prefer this to be hosted? (Germany? Switzerland?) I am sure Andrew would not mind someone in that region duplicate a set up like this as this does not seem to be for-profit to begin with.

That's actually one of my main requirement: No US hosting. Countries I feel sort of safe with is Germany, Switzerland and Norway.
