Based on the letter he recently sent out, it's extremely long considering the intended receiver (everyone), and you need to read it several times before you fully understand it. Which resulted in big newspapers not agreeing how it was to be understood (eg. Was Xbox a core business, or not)
This layoff round was kinda expected.
A good CEO needs to know how to make the right decision and delegate effectively. In this case he has proven that he is unable to make the right decision about his writing skills and delegate that task to someone with the appropiate skills.
