I'm starting to build the pitch / deck for Card for Coin[1], but I'm having trouble with the two-sidedness of the business.

On one side, we buy gift cards at a discount for bitcoin[2]. On the other, we use those gift cards to power in-store bitcoin payments[3].

Most two-sided businesses I've seen have a single marketplace product. Ours is spread over two different products, and right now they don't share many users. I'm not sure how best to convey that in a pitch, while still showing why the two sides work best together.

Any examples of successful two-sided business pitches or advice specific to us would be appreciated!
