Does anyone have examples they can share or point to of freelance work-for-hire contracts that strike a good balance between being freelancer/maker-friendly and protecting the interests of the company?

We try to be reasonable about these things but are finding a lot of the boilerplate out there is pretty one-sided (one way or the other). Has anyone done the equivalent of a YC Safe or NVCA template for work-for-hire?
