It probably isn't scalable to a company of 100, but right now we don't bring a person in for an hour. A few of us are definitely introverts, and it's not about "liking someone" necessarily, it's about being excited to be around them and work with them.

That's just another way of saying "liking someone." You can "like someone" for a variety of criteria.
