It also makes you crazy. I have a friend that took it for years. It certainly made him buff, but it also made him divorced, friendless, addicted, and unhealthy.
Yep. Knew someone that got himself killed thinking that being strong was the same thing as knowing how to fight. Stupidly got into a fistfight on pavement outside a bar, got knocked out and that was it.
