I have two SNP's for Lynch syndrome, is that enough to warrant concern?

Any family history? I would speak to a genetic counselor if you are concerned. I’m not sure how your data are presented if you actually have lynch syndrome or things associated with lynch.

The idea with lynch is that you are heterozygous for having a working mismatch repair mechanism that corrects certain DNA errors. And in the tumor sometimes you get a ‘second hit’ mutation to this, taking out your only good copy of mismatch repair, creating a different sort of tumor as a lot of DNA error isn’t getting repaired. This sort of tumor responds well to pd1 therapy.
