If you're asking another entity (human or AI) to generate code for your project, then you're becoming a manager, not a programmer. I think we can all agree that "becoming a manager will make you a bad programmer", but somebody's got to be the manager. Now, whether a person wants to be a manager or not, or whether they do a good job at it, is another question.
