On MacOS Sequoia, under "Other Updates", it now pre-selects "macOS Tahoe 26.2" instead of the macOS Sequoia update.

These were the pre-selected checkboxes when I opened the dialog:

They hide Tahoe it in the summary text too:

So to continue receiving updates for Tahoe, you have to now select the correct checkboxes.

This is really sneaky.
