I don't know much about it but apparently WorldCon is an old and respected organization of sci-fi fans and authors who gather annually for presentations, awards, etc. And this year they used ChatGPT to evaluate potential presenters, not a smart move for this crowd. And I'm not sure but I think that "programming" might have to do with setting up or orchestrating the convention?
