- never hear about the rollback, and thus think the problem has been fixed

- believe that the rollback is caused by "enemies" instead of incompetence, thus focusing on perceived attacks


Chaos is exhausting. This also shows the risks of moving fast, the USA is so big that any small change is going to have huge unforeseen consequences. We've seen several examples of this in the last few weeks already.


Create the chaos, then be the solution.
