Sounds like overreaction to a bit of boyish banter. When boys are like 2-3 years old, as soon as they learn to talk and learn the names of the private parts, they start making penis, fart, butt, and poop jokes, etc. It’s just a basic fascination.
Elon is a troll, obviously. It’s just part of his makeup. He likes to troll people, he likes to troll the internet. It’s just a fascination of his. ‘I’m gonna press this button and see what happens.’ That’s not necessarily a bad thing. The thing that makes him a troll is not disconnected from the things that make him able to do things that really nobody else could do. He has a certain amount of audacity, defiance, self-assuredness, reality distortion field…

Because what you’re talking about is the set of standards and norms that people have to play by to avoid being ejected by the group… which they have to be concerned about if they don’t have “fuck you” money and power. Elon is not such a person. He plays a completely different game. He thinks he’s the main player in a solipsistic simulation. You think he cares what is acceptable in the workplace? He builds and tears down the workplaces! Like terraforming the earth. It’s his simulation. He’s player one.
Probably because you have a stick shoved so far up your ass you've got splinters in your mouth.
The type of sterile, emotionless, safe-space you want to work in has probably led to more harm than one that doesn't take itself so seriously. It also yields far less beautiful things.
