Even for people tired of 37s, this is a great quote:

  "We're probably leaving money on the table. But we're also leaving complexity on the table."

I like that quote. But conquering complexity also leads to competitive advantage, differentiation, and barriers to entry. It's nice to be able to defend your products and services from imitators.
