If you regularly are a passenger. Perhaps once a week. Simply being at that high altitude subjects you to fairly significant amount of radiation, per flight it's less then a chest xray, but imagine being a pilot... you're clearly getting above limits of radiation.
How about stress? Airlines often tell pilots they have to get to Toronto asap, and so you rush out the door or you lose your job. Then you flight from toronto to vancouver and you eat trash high processed foods. Hope you feel 100% and don't crash that passenger jet in 40km/h cross winds and 80km/h gusts. Dont worry... you have just enough fuel for 1 go around.
Also I'm sure it's fine... its just multiple Boeing whistleblowers saying they should all be grounded... nothing to worry about or stress you out.
