It sure looks like the city streets and the port at one time were intended to accommodate over 100x the vehicular traffic than there was that day.

Maybe 1000x the pedestrians.

To some this would be like heaven, a good sized city with no traffic and no congestion.

OTOH it does look like a ghost town of some kind.

Or maybe a special occasion where almost nobody is out and about for some reason.

Who knows, maybe they're all taking shelter because a threatening drone has been seen overhead ;)
