In case one wants to switch from Hashicorp to alternatives that are similar enough or forks, what would that stack be?

Hashiternative stack:

- vault -> openbao (fork)

- terraform -> opentofu (fork)

- consul -> ?

- nomad -> slurm + something that runs/orchestrates windows jobs?

- hcl -> dhall + nix?
