When Skype and Firefox stopped working in Vista I moved to SeaMonkey and Skype in a seamless RDS session.

Only when I moved apartments (and wasn't in the mood to bring my desktop to life, substituting on T440) I finally gave up. Probably around 2017-2018?

This month I took thr Ghost image of it and shoved it on my long term storage. When (if) I would be in a mood I would try to run it again, on ESXi.

But hey, Win7 still mostly works. At least I don't remember it refusing to remember wifi passwords, as my Win10 started a week ago.

The performance improvements are noticeable on my pretty old computer.

I use the AVX2 version of Thorium on my laptop and it feels quite fast compared to Edge. Not sure if I'm imagining it.
