In my setup I have an external vendor connected via Google Cloud VPC peering. For reasons that neither me nor the vendor can explain I see connection issues from time to time for like 5 minutes. In this times the clients time out, but the database cluster on the vendor side looks all healthy and stable.

Am I the only one or do you also experience this?

Is there anything one could to do get this more stable or to at least already verify this assumption that Google Cloud VPC peering is the problem?
