Didn't go past the abstract - but I think the abstract is written concisely, a language from simpler times.


Oh that's a shame. Even just skimming through the pdf's diagrams you'll get some interesting insights. Like their cellular code and how certain programs compile down to neural networks visually. There are diagrams for merge / bubble sort and even Fibonacci sequences.
