The name didn't ring a bell, but judging from the website, it's one of the distros whose goal is to provide a Windows-like desktop with Office-like productivity software for computers with low resources.
The limiting resource is RAM. A base modern systemd-based linux system takes up ~100MB, so effectively the cost is dominated by the user interface, which is the kind of stuff distros do.
It's by no means a unique value proposition, but I guess there are people who care about that kind of GUI-driven system on a linux platform for constrained hardware.
