I'd feel more threatened by incompetent management and by manegement that sees workers as replaceable things. The bottom of the barrell programmers that are hired could be much better if there were training programs and they wouldn't be undercutting everyone's salary/wages because they'd be more educated and see that workers deserve more payment for their work.
