I suggest what they might want to do is make it clear in the header that 'these are jobs posted on that site' or something like that, and maybe make a bit more clear that if you create company profile that it does this by default and it can be turned off.
Given that it's mostly helping all around, I wouldn't suggest this as a 'dark pattern' so much as 'awkward pattern'.
