Showgirl, mankind, and blacklist don't make it past Microsoft Word's woke filter (dailymail.co.uk)

It looks like you have to manually turn it on. So if you don't like what it does, maybe don't turn it on.

It is not a filter. You can turn it off and/or ignore it.

Blacklisting "blacklist" is pretty humorous. Are "showboy", "womankind", and "conman" allowed?

My impression is that implying "male", "white", etc. (via pronoun, gendered language, ...) is definitely the preferred and PC usage...so long as the context is unfavorable. Ax murderers? Price-gouging pharma execs? Un-sympathetic homeless persons? They all gotta be straight white males, right?

(Yes, I'm quite aware that many people work in circumstances where this optional filter is a genuinely useful feature.)

How much longer will it be until our history books are rewritten to claim that Neil Armstrong said "That's one small step for person, one giant leap for personkind"?

That's probably already happened. The next step will be to take offense at the rewritten version on some other grounds such as "ableism."
