Blacklisting "blacklist" is pretty humorous. Are "showboy", "womankind", and "conman" allowed?
My impression is that implying "male", "white", etc. (via pronoun, gendered language, ...) is definitely the preferred and PC usage...so long as the context is unfavorable. Ax murderers? Price-gouging pharma execs? Un-sympathetic homeless persons? They all gotta be straight white males, right?
(Yes, I'm quite aware that many people work in circumstances where this optional filter is a genuinely useful feature.)
