`podman machine` uses Fedora CoreOS, which doesn’t currently support aarch64. However, it [sounds like][1] that could change soon.

The current version of podman-apple-silicon uses "testing-devel" version of official Fedora CoreOS aarch64.

One of the main reason that I made podman-apple-silicon was to make `podman machine` work properly. It works!
