I wonder if the tiananmen square photo matches one of the Chinese hashes. I bet a bunch of lesser known uyghur photo hashes pop against the database. Is it a publicly available hash database? I wonder if it’s possible to run known controversial stuff and see if it flags?
Such images of the Tiananmen square would have been wiped off the face of social media if so - every big social media company uses PhotoDNA or similar to catch likely matches before someone in the real world sees the illegal images on their platform.
