Just like Big Oil, Big Pharma, Big Telcos, Big Tobacco, or Big Defense contractor,s Big Tech can and will use its large financial reserves and political lobbying to contain and co-opt the enforcement agencies. Expect more multi-year long lawsuits that ultimately result in little if any real corrective action. Until there is significant legislative modernization of existing anti-trust regulations expect little to actually change in Big Tech.
Nothing much, its a basic recounting of the appointees work history with some encouragement that that will translate into enforcement actions against Big Tech. I'm highly skeptical of this as the last real attempt to tamp down Big Tech was against M$ under Clinton and that ended up being a slap on the wrist effectively.
