How:
0. turnoff sound and your monitor!
1. read a programming book (offline) related to your project! yes do it some hours and have a tea/coffee
2. create a todo (offline) / (digitalize it much later)
3. Analyse your project and start coding now.
What:
0. I waste a very large amount of time for ("fun")
1. unquenchable thirst for things knowledgy
2. Not able to meet my time goals
3. Feeling lazy
