Poll: Minorities, how often are you discriminated against in your career?

And more importantly, what can other people do to help counteract this discrimination? A lot of discrimination is done subconsciously, so how can we get rid of this nature that we inherit?

There's no upside for a minority to answer this question. Simply makes them a bigger target. Not complicated to not discriminate if one chooses. Gotta choose though.
