Over the past several months bulkresizephotos.com declined in Bing to the point where now doing this query results in "Some results have been removed": https://www.bing.com/search?q=site%3Abulkresizephotos.com

The standard reasons for this type of problem seem to be around spam, legal requests (govt or otherwise) and other illegal stuff. None of that should be applicable in this case and the Bing webmaster console doesn't show any issues.

Has anyone had this happen under similar circumstances before? How did you address it?
