What you probably want is to start your own company in the form of “solo founder”. No boss, no colleagues, just “the problem”.


"the problem" being getting people to pay you for something of value, right?

i wouldn't rule out "start your own company" but there needs to be some more clarity and purpose behind it beyond "i hate putting up with BS from other people in corporate jobs". moving towards something defined will be more productive than just moving away from something.


that's an important mindset shift from 'how can I avoid this' to 'wow there are so many cool opportunities in the world'.


This is a good idea if you have a high risk tolerance, and either some savings or investors. But before you hit product market fit it can be pretty difficult.


You would probably have to communicate in some way with clients if you ever wanted to make any money.
