Do something meaningful...6. Do something meaningful...(eg if you are a software engineer). 7. do something meaningful in life, not just some sort of job or hobby, to keep your sanity up. 9. I think this is a good starting point; but the author is right.
I think the real key difference between happiness and pleasure is your own self-actualization and that it is something you can accomplish in the long run.
