At this point, I have no idea what polarr is or what it's supposed to do, and nothing on the page seems to be interactive in any way. If this is an argument for PWAs, I'd chalk this one up as a win for native apps.
I saw a green get started button on the bottom. Clicked it and it seems to be a photo editor. However the buttons and other controls are so small that I'm unable to click on them.
Agreed. The hit targets are too small for mobile, and that's something that's much harder to get wrong on native where the pre-built components are designed with that in mind.
The hit targets are too small is kinda minimizing the problem. The real problem i see is that there's no equivalent to the app store page that tells you what this is, if it's compatible with your device, and why you should use it. If I knew I wanted to use it, I could maybe figure my problem out. But presented with a random broken-looking screen, I have no motivation to look into it further.
