Looks very impressive. Any plans of offering this a-la-gitlab: paid hosting + support OR free downloadble source but then you're on your own? Main concern is that for something to really become ubiquitous the community should be able to contribute and not just be in the hands of two developers (no offense, I think you did a fantastic job!)
I share this concern. I made a resolution not to tie myself to proprietary services for anything that I couldn't replace/move within a few days. I can move containers, databases and even serverless functions.
Starting from scratch seems to be the only option here, so I would hesitate to even start a small prototype. Which is a shame because I really like your model.
Also, and exactly because I find it very interesting and well done, I'm curious about what happens if the company goes down, or pivots, or gets acquired.
