A bit of a stretch to call this a "Lisp OS" yet. If you look at the project's history, you can see that it was written in nasm, and at some point the author "slapped some parens around" and took steps to make it into an actual Lisp dialect, but it's not there yet, as it lacks many of the features you'd expect from a Lisp.
