How many of them are remembered for the books and how many for their voice and body language?

Talk and "body language" is cheap. Summarizing your thoughts into a meaningful article/wiki/book/email is hard and very valuable.



Yes but we don't communicate to colleagues using books and articles.


The "mass communication" among many academics and researchers is almost exactly that: communicating via published works.

How well this method applies to different sized groups is another question.


Not sure how that's relevant for this discussion where we're in the context of everyday work in a business...
