Having worked in health care IT in the US and Canada, all I can recommend is 'do not get sick'. Even if the data is right, there is a 50/50 chance medical practitioner will misread or ignore it
My GP blew a diagnosis that should have resulted in my early demise. He took down my symptoms without doing an exam (duh) and then a year later decided, yeah, maybe that colon cancer isn't a hemorrhoid... Only reason I'm still here is pure luck and the grace of God.
