Just updated the figures to be inflation adjusted.

I don't even know what a NOMAD is haha

"No wireless. Less space than a nomad. Lame."

The things that Slashdot users thought about the original iPod are worth reading: https://slashdot.org/story/01/10/23/1816257/Apple-releases-i...

The seeming tension between vertical integration and open systems is an interesting question. I think the ideal is to have both tight software-hardware integration and maximum freedom and openness. I really don't see a reason why these two concepts must always be viewed as opposites, especially if you are able to question the underlying legal and economic assumptions that most people start with.

How do I downvote this?

I thought it was a scaled prototype first time I saw the video.

The flight jerkiness probably comes from the flight controller not being super polished, and also the aircraft being piloted remotely by a drone pilot, so the pilot doesn't have the same feedback an onboard pilot would have.

Mind linking us to a some of the myriad of vapourware please? Just haven't seen that many EVTOL aircrafts successfully fly, like the heaviside shows, but maybe I have not been paying attention.

Did you complete this? To me this sounds like they were not looking to hire but would hire someone exceptional who goes through this task and does better than their own team did.
