"Norway collected about $1.46 billion on its wealth tax in 2019. But the exodus of the wealthy will result in an estimated $594 million in lost revenue."

ie. Status quo for the Wealth Tax, that exists, is +1.46 billion, it was projected to increase by ca 10% due to the tax hike, but instead trends towards decreasing to 0.87 billion, ie a loss of 594 million vs current tax income from the (lower) wealth tax

Might not be as complex with back and forth ownership, but for a "simplified" chart, AXA's 53 page presentation is up there: https://www-axa-com.cdn.axa-contento-118412.eu/www-axa-com/e...

Even though the new bumper is factory painted it doesn't necessarily mean that the new bumper and old colour will match 1:1 -> they might have to paint the new bumper regardless which is why it might be preferable to just fix the existing one.

In fact all the manufacturers I've ever worked with send you an unpainted bumper when you order a new one(or any body panel really) and it has to be painted before being fitted, specifically for the reason you mentioned. A good body shop will match the paint that's actually on your vehicle.

In my experience honda parts do match 1:1 and I don't think they'd waste the effort on maintaining a stock of pre-painted parts if the receiving body shop was going to have to paint it anyway.

Depends how old your car is and how much UV damage the current paint has. New cars match in pretty well, older cars generally need some touch up.

So Honda has got around uv from the sun fading paint?

Nah, they pre-fade them for you.

> I'd like a 1995 Civic bumper, dark blue, with UV Fading to match 10 in-garage years and 10 out, but indirect sunlight. Please.

Got my kitchen lighting done with these hue controlled light strips. Not entirely certain if they fulfill your need, but maybe an alternative if someone wants to replicate. They have very good CRI, which might be good/bad for your application. https://www.sowilodesign.com

If you stopped solely based on taste you should just try a couple similar products, eg. ambronite might fit the bill pretty spot on.

If you are looking for alternatives Ambronite (local to Finland) ships both to EU and US. The taste should be quite neutral or nutty-ish, but I can't compare the taste to neither Soylent or Jake Shake since I haven't tried them.

Do you happen to have a source?

"Barclaycard said contactless cards had been most popular in London, where 30% of all transactions below £20 were contactless." -- http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-31164806

The article is really about from Sept 2015, the limit for contactless payment goes up to £30.

Know more about EU set up but the reality is that there is a lot of infrastructure costs and some fraud as well (~4.04bsp @$101 average). So costs for ~$2000 in fees can be up to ~$400. Signature cards are not secure whereas EMV cards hit a 0.42bsp fraud rate ($148 average).

Of course still room for profit but the above numbers show why merchants are interested in EU fees and security.
