That's brilliant. I have an injury for a while now, and I change my routine on the fly at the gym, depending on whether I still feel pain or not. Much better if I change it before the next time I go, so I don't waste time figuring out what to replace.

I did this planning with Gemini and track in Google Sheets (really stinks for mobile)

Cardio goals, current FTP, days to train, injuries to avoid

3 lift day programs with tracking 8w progressive Loop my PT into warm ups

Alternate suggestions.

Use whole sheet to get an overview of how the last 8w went and then change things up

AFAIK Shai-Hulud is the sandworm in Frank Herbert's Dune (but also an American metalcore band)

There is no need for more priority levels, because precedence is already defined by inline > #ID > .class / [attribute=""] / :pseudo-classes / elements / ::pseudo-element / universal selector (*). And the order they're written, if both have the same priority. The !important just exists to override that order.

Pigs are omnivores, so they can be fed vegetables or even food leftovers. Grandpa raised a couple of small pigs, they ate corn mixed with vegetable scraps from the kitchen. The pigs got slaughtered and the meat was delicious.

Maybe because fish predators are still fish? So they still taste like fish. It seems fish-eating birds taste fishy, which is not really a desirable flavor in a bird. Maybe mammal predators are also not as tasty - then also what do you feed a farmed bear or a fox, they need to eat meat... So you'd feed them cows that we could eat ourselves? Or we raise rabbits just for them?

Linkedin "content creators" are going to have a field day tomorrow

OP is selling their own web analytics product, so take the article with a grain of salt.

I have no idea who OP is, but as someone who worked in the ad measurement pipeline, it tracks.

This is a thing that the R&D folks at my company had lots of evidence for, but since we wanted to partner with Meta and Google to be the measurement company of record for FB/Insta and YouTube CPG advertising, we weren't allowed to discuss.

I could _swear_ that I saw this damn seahorse emoji myself... I guess I was also wrong!

Surface moisture refers to water (moisture is water, not fat).

Well my steaks are already devoid of that when they go in the pan ;)
