Best of luck with this. Back (and neck) pain really, truly sucks. Very under-treated in the U.S. as well. IME, completely stifles the ability to enter a “flow” state of cognitive function.
I only got unbanned when I got hired at Amazon and emailed the head of the fraud team lol. I had the same issues you had with being stonewalled and ghosted while banned. Anyways, just downloaded them off of Anna's Archive or join private trackers. There's also still methods to de-drm the Kindle books, but many people will do it for u via requests on private trackers.
Misc: I have over two years of full-time security consulting and blue team experience at NCC Group and Black Lantern Security. Also, I have two 0days and received CVEs under my name and a company research blog post to go along with it. Done contracting for FAANGs and found 0days in their products. Worked at IBM as a programmer too.
I'm eligible for a security clearance and willing to do government work. Already passed a FSP once, but was denied agency specific suitability.
