AI is great as a query layer over my notes, but I don't really want it contributing to them. The whole value of old notes is that they preserve what I noticed at the time. If half the vault becomes competent-sounding generated text, searching it five years later seems much less useful...

You can carelessly leave employee access on the confidential and private company data and in nearly all cases depending on employment agreement it will be against the law to share that data after your employment
It doesn't sound to me like Apple is pursuing individuals that merely had company data on their computers but rather these individuals then went on to share said data with other individuals.
The strangest part is that this should be an easy win for car makers. If your native system is better, people will use it. If it isn't, forcing them to use it doesn't make it better, it just makes the car feel worse
