They both drove their employees to the limit, and sometimes over the edge. Bill is following the tradition trajectory of American tycoons. Questionable business practices amass a fortune, which is then spent improving the world. Jobs was an artist whose medium was technology. His art was his offering to the world. Just my two cents...
